Fluid Bed Granulator
The fluidized bed dryer granulator can complete mixing, granulating and drying. It is widely used in a variety of industries for drying, granulating and coating. It is used to dry wet powder or granule materials and it can produce tablet granules, electuary granules and capsule granules in the pharmaceutical industry. This equipment is also used for the granulation of coffee, milk powder, juice, flavoring and so on in food industry. It is applicable to granulation of pesticide, feed, chemical fertilizer, pigment, dyestuff, etc. In addition, it can be used to make protection layer of granules and pills, sustained-release coating, enteric coating, etc.
Adopting anti-static filter cloth, the fluidized bed dryer granulator is safe to operate. The pressure relief hole ensures safety of operators when explosion happens. In addition, the equipment is convenient to clean, meeting requirements of GMP.
Powder materials are preheated by the cleaned heated air in the raw material container (fluidized bed). The binder solution is atomized and sprayed into the container. Powder particles are then granulated into granules containing binder. Due to constant drying of the heated air, water in the granule evaporates and binder solidifies. This process is repeated continuously. At last, ideal and uniform porous granules are formed.
