This cartoner is ideal for blister packaging, featuring an easily adjustable automatic feeding structure. Users can set the number of blisters via a touch screen. The process includes online product feeding and detection, leaflet folding (1-4 folds) and feeding, leaflet detection, carton opening and forming, product and leaflet insertion, batch number printing, and sealing the carton with either a tuck-in or hot melt glue device. It automatically rejects any missing leaflets or products and ejects the finished product.
