Intermittent/Full Rotary Cutting Machine
TOP-300 type intermittent or full rotary cutting machine is a new type product, prominently characterized by humanity design and friendly operation. It is specially designed for the process of label conversion and finishing, providing a large number of functions for option like die cutting, flexo graphic UV, varnishing, slitting, sheeting, inkjet press and so on.
Standard configuration of our intermittent or full rotary cutting machine includes web guiding system, tension control system, 120 teeth per 381mm magnetic cylinder, servo motors, HMI touch screen operating system and waste matrix mandrels. Its optional unit involves single inkjet nozzle and UV, flexo graphic UV with cold stamping unit, laminating, rotary die cutting unit, slitting unit, as well as sheeting and paper collecting table.
