Capsule Polisher

Our capsule polisher is designed to polish and clean powder off a wide range of capsules, pills or tablets, offering a more efficient alternative to the traditional manual process. It meets all hygiene standards, making it an ideal polishing tool for capsule production.

Working Principle
When capsules, pills, or tablets are put into the hopper, they are moved into a cylinder by a rotating a brush on the polishing shaft. Inside the cylinder, they spiral around, guided by a spring. The brush gently polishes them, removing dust. At the same time, a dust collector takes away the dust from inside the cylinder, ensuring the capsules are well-polished.
